Week 4: Landed 3 new customers
Great week! Closed 3 new B2B customers through cold outreach. MRR is now at $4,200. The product-market fit is getting stronger with each conversation. Next week: focusing on reducing churn.
Week 3: Shipped v2 of the main product
Major release this week. Rebuilt the dashboard, added API integrations, and fixed 12 bugs. User feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Already seeing more engagement.
Week 2: First paying customer for Side Project
The side project got its first paying customer! $50/mo but it validates the idea. Also started working on the beta invite system.
