1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildGrid (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuildGrid is a platform that allows users to create public revenue dashboards to track their indie hacker journey. The Service includes both free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload or display misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on BuildGrid. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any revenue figures or data you display.

6. Payments & Refunds

Lifetime plan purchases are one-time payments. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at thomas@buildgr.id for refund inquiries.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
